We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payment can be made via PayPal.

SHIPPING
We use EMS, ePacket Light, or International Small Packet services via Japan Post. Small items can be sent at a lower rate than EMS (Express Mail Service) or Parcel Post. The maximum weight for these packages is 2 kg.
SHIPPING COST
The international shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your order and the destination, based on the rates of Japan Post Co., Ltd.
PAYMENT
Please note that we do not accept Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfers for international orders. You will receive an invoice email with payment details once your order has been received and processed.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Returns are only accepted in the following cases: factory defects, shipment of incorrect colors or sizes, or errors on our part. Exchanges are only possible if the item(s) are in unworn and unused condition. If your item is damaged during shipping, please email us within 5 days and file a damage report immediately at your local post office. Once the post office completes the damage report, they will return the item to Japan at no charge. After we receive the damaged item and the official damage report, we will refund the full price of the item, including all shipping charges. If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and return it to The Post Office Shop within 7 days of notifying us. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that are not reported within the specified time frame. Please check all items carefully upon delivery.
